1. Promotion Scope & Duration
   This sale applies only to selected lines from the RPM. RPM reserves the right to modify the list of eligible items or to end the sale at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligible Products
   Discounted pricing is valid only on specific items marked as part of the sale (for example, select books, calendars, prints). Other products — including new releases, limited-run editions, or items not clearly labelled as “sale” or “offer” — are excluded from the sale.

3. Availability & Stock
   All sale items are subject to stock availability. Sartorial 65 does not guarantee that advertised items will remain available until purchase. In the event of stock depletion or a pricing error, Sartorial 65 reserves the right to withdraw or correct the offer at any time.

4. Pricing & Discounts
   Sale prices replace the standard retail price and are only valid while the promotion runs. Any price displayed on the website at the time of order is the price that will apply, regardless of subsequent price changes.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
   The standard return and refund policy of RMP applies. Sale items may be returned — provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging — within the timeframe outlined in the normal returns policy. Refunds for sale items will be based on the price paid (i.e. the discounted price), not any prior full price.

6. Combining Offers & Vouchers
   Unless explicitly stated, sale prices cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, bundle offer or voucher. Sale items are not redeemable for cash.

7. Website vs Other Channels
   The sale applies to orders placed through RPM's official website (www.redtyles.com). Offers may not be valid through third-party retailers, resellers, or any other distribution channel.

8. Right to Amend or Cancel
   Sartorial 65 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the sale (or any part of it) at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, system issues, or fraud prevention, without prior notice.

9. Information & Errors
   While RPM strives for accuracy, all published information — including product descriptions, availability, pricing — is provided “as is.” RPM does not guarantee that all information is error-free, and reserves the right to correct any mistakes without liability.

10. Abuse of Promotion / Fair Use
    RPM may refuse or cancel any order where there is suspicion of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent use of the sale (e.g. bulk ordering for resale, repeated returns, or circumvention of the terms).
